If you have any ideas of your own, we will endeavour to do what we can to accommodate them.

If you would like to give someone a voucher for staying at Burtree, we will be only too pleased to issue these.

Hairdryers are provided in all rooms as standard, along with refreshments etc.

We have electric blankets available.

If you need a cot or an extra bed in the room for children, we have a travel cot and camp beds.

We have telephone, fax and email facilities for guest’s use.

There is a laundry service and ironing facilities.

We have extensive stabling facilities at Burtree, so can accommodate equine and canine guests!

Please advise us in advance if you will be bringing a pet.

Please note that we do charge for the extra services and finishing touches. Please do not hesitate to discuss these with us when enquiring or booking.

We reserve the right to withdraw services and cancel bookings at our discretion.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, cheques and major credit cards.

HOW TO BOOK: For enquiries, please either telephone, fax or email us, we can then advise on availability.

Bookings can be made over the telephone, and we will ask for deposit of 30% to be paid by cheque or credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY ; A full refund will be given if cancellation is 48 hours before.  If less than 48 hours then a refund isgiven at the discretion of the propietor.
